1. Lifetime Wheel Warranty
Your wheels are covered for life — automatically, from day one.
What’s included:

Normal wear and tear

Airline or transportation damage

Manufacturing defects
If your wheels ever break, jam, or wear down — even years later — we’ll repair or replace them free of charge.
No forms, no fuss, no questions asked.
Because smooth travels should never stop.
2. 5 Years Premium Care Warranty
Enjoy 5 years of premium care from your purchase date, covering both repairs and service.
This includes:

Any Manufacturing defect

Free repair service for issues such as:

Wheels: not rolling smoothly, wobbling, or damaged during travel

Trolley handle: stuck, loose, or not extending properly
-
Top & side handles: loose, detached, or cracked
-
TSA lock: jammed, misaligned, or can’t reset

Zippers: jamming, misalignment, or broken sliders
If we can fix it, we’ll fix it.
Labor and service are always free.
If any parts need to be replaced, you’ll only pay for the spare parts — nothing more.
3. What’s Not Covered
We’ll always try our very best to help, but there are a few types of damage that we unfortunately can’t repair or replace:

Cracked or broken luggage shells

Torn or punctured fabric panels

Cosmetic scratches, dents, or stains

Damage from misuse, neglect, or unauthorized modifications
