WANDER LUGGAGE WARRANTY

LIFETIME WARRANTY ON WHEELS

Our wheels are covered for life, including damage caused by airlines or transportation. If your luggage sustains wheel damage during transit, simply file a claim with us, and we’ll assist you in getting it repaired or replaced.

 

3 YEAR MANUFACTURING WARRANTY

Our 3-year manufacturing warranty covers defects resulting from workmanship or faulty materials. This includes issues such as malfunctioning zippers, handles, or structural problems due to manufacturing errors. It does not cover damages due to wear and tear, misuse, or accidental damage.

⚠️For damage that occurred during transport: Airlines are responsible for damage to your luggage, but many have a limited 24-hour claim window. Taking action while you’re still at the airport gives you the best chance of having your damage claim resolved. Contact the airline or travel provider as soon as you arrive at your destination.

 

FREE REPAIR SERVICE

During the warranty period, we do not charge any labor service fees for repairs. You will only be charged for the spare parts required to fix the issue.

 

LUGGAGE WARRANTY EXTENSION

WANDER POCKET PERFUME
60-DAY MANUFACTURING WARRANTY

All of our Wander Pocket Perfume Atomizers are guaranteed to be free of manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship for 60 days of receiving your products.

The warranty does not cover damage from improper care or misuse, excessive sun exposure, or the use of inappropriate cleaning products. It also doesn’t cover normal wear and tear, including stains (such as grease, oil, dirt, or ink) and scratches.

If you experienced leakage within 60 days of purchase, please don’t hesitate to contact us.

• Photos/videos that show the fault as clearly as possible
